Cote Ghyll offers all weather facilities, children’s play areas, onsite shop, welcoming bathrooms with underfloor heating and is only a ten minute stroll from the village of Osmotherley offering three pubs, a shop, café and fish and chip shop.
Sit and relax at the park with the sound of the stream running through or take on adventurous walks full of wildlife with the Cleveland Way, Coast to Coast and Lyke Wake walk all on the doorstep. If you prefer cycling, there are numerous paths a plenty.
The picturesque Cod Beck Reservoir is only a ten minute stroll away, ideal for a dog walks, picnic or just a stroll to stretch the legs.

We’re proud to have been awarded a Visit England Rose Award for our high standard holiday caravans.
All caravans offer a generous size of 12ft x 35ft and sleep up to 6 people. Offering fully fitted kitchens with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and utensils and comfort is added to with central heating, double glazing, flat screen TV offering Freeview and a DVD player.
All we ask is that you bring your own towels.
